Let's go!

On December 1, 2020, Keyi Electric launched an outdoor development activity in Yongjia. At 8 o'clock in the morning, we took the bus from the gate of the company to the destination. The friends were very happy, singing and laughing along the way, and arrived at the destination-Yongjia Flying Camp at 9 o'clock.

Warm-up dance, ice breaking group

After reaching the goal, the coach led everyone to an enthusiastic warm-up dance. Next, the coaches were divided into groups by reporting the number. All members were randomly divided into 2 groups. Each group quickly selected the captain and designed its own team name, team name, team flag and team style display.

Expansion project: dark night collaboration

The first project to be carried out was dark night collaboration. All the team members put on their blindfolds, and within 40 minutes, through teamwork, the knotted rope was formed into a square or triangle with the largest area. Experience how to improve the work efficiency of the team under abnormal communication conditions.

Afternoon break

During the rest time after lunch, everyone happily played the mini games of the base, as if they had returned to their childhood, with bright smiles on their faces.

Thousand People One Foot Project

The coach lined up the two teams and tied the legs of two adjacent people together. At the beginning of the game, everyone has to reach the end point 20 meters away as quickly as possible. In this process, experience the degree of team cooperation and team cohesion.

Grab the horizontal bar at high altitude

After putting on the safety equipment, each team member must climb the pillar to stand on the round platform, jump out, catch or touch the horizontal bar, and the task is completed. Before the game started, everyone cheered each other, encouraged each other, had the courage to try, and dared to break through, and jumped to experience this moment.

Team dynamic circle

Here comes the physical test. The last project of the day is the team dynamic circle. All the team members are required to sit in a circle. Each person holds the rope with both hands and pulls it straight, and then draws a circle in the order of upper left, upper right, lower right, and lower left. Gradually start to speed up the circle drawing, test the physical strength and persistence of all the team members, and truly reflect: a group of people, one mind, one strength, and persistence will go on.

This outdoor outreach activity allowed everyone to walk into nature, further relieved work pressure, and gained a lot. In the future, he will devote himself to the next work and life with a stronger body and full enthusiasm.
